As our Business Services Manager, Stephen works closely with the Advisory and Client Services teams to ensure consistency in our operations.  He analyzes resource issues and develops administrative, financial and operational guidelines to optimize our team’s performance. Organized, analytical, and passionate about financial services, Stephen holds a BS in finance from Sonoma State University and holds Series 7 and 65 licenses.

Stephen and his wife live in Santa Rosa with their new baby. He is dedicated in his role at Scarbrough Financial, to his studies, and on the field. In his spare time he enjoys football with his friends, and the precision and accuracy of disc golf in beautiful San Francisco.
