Job Opening: Client Services Associate

  • The ideal candidate will be a critical part of our dynamic client resources team, working directly with our clients and financial advisors. You will assist us in all aspects of our client relationships, from communication to operational duties.
  •  
  • This detail-oriented position requires the ability to anticipate needs, track progress, adjust to changing priorities, and provide updates as an effective and efficient member of our team. You will learn our proprietary investment process and state of the art asset management and financial planning programs. Our platform is designed to consistently provide outstanding client service.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
• Ability to follow and execute upon highly detailed instruction
• Complete tasks efficiently, track and communicate progress with clients and team
• Process new accounts and incoming transfers
• Monitor existing client accounts and maintain client files
• Proactively review client relationships and provide solutions
• Facilitate cashiering (Deposits/Withdrawals)
• Handle Client Services Requests in an efficient and professional manner, reflecting the highest standard in customer service


Client Services Associate Qualifications and Skills:
• 2 years experience in account administration or client services 
• Associates Degree or higher in economics, business administration, or similar field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in PC based applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Experience with Morningstar software, database management, and asset allocation are a plus
• Comfort dealing with information that is sensitive, personal and confidential. Background checks are required

  • Other essential attributes include accuracy, good judgment, tact, reliability, trustworthiness, professional poise, character, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with deadlines.

  • Hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

Job Opening: Marketing Assistant

  • The successful candidate will coordinate events and marketing communications to, for, and from our advisors designed to educate and update our clients, and generally oversee our brand continuity in three markets. The position will also assist in the development of digital marketing. They will track existing social marketing campaigns and report on results, coordinating market research evaluation.

  • This is a fast paced entry level position for the right candidate, with significant opportunity for growth.

  • • Monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns;
  • • Submit ideas for new marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand;

  • • Collaborate with the advisory and management teams as our “brand ambassador” to create innovative ways to gain exposure for our services;
  • • Be available as a resource for senior marketing professionals who need assistance with completing large projects

  • Marketing Assistant Qualifications and Skills:
  • • Bachelor’s or AA Degree in Marketing or related field
  • • 2+ years’ experience working in marketing or communications
  • • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • • Excellent problem solving skills
  • • Must be willing to travel to offsite training sessions and branch offices
  • • Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Opening: Paraplanner

We are looking for a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ as a paraplanner/associate advisor.  We are a collaborative team that focuses on the education, wealth-building and goal-based planning for our individual and business clients.  Our ideal candidate is an experienced planner who works well in a key support role and is able to prioritize and re-prioritize in a productive, high-energy environment.

  • Paraplanner Qualifications and Skills:
  • • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • • Minimum 5 years industry experience
  • • CFP® designation
  • • Ability to review and understand financial statements and cash flows
  • • Very well organized
  • • Good understanding of financial instruments and investment options
  • • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • • Extreme attention to detail
  • • Ability to multi-task and determine own priorities
  • • Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • • Experienced with Morningstar and leading financial planning software
  •
