Armand has more than twenty-five years of experience in the financial industry as a Cashiering Specialist, an Operations Supervisor, as well as a Relationship Manager. Armand has received California Insurance License for Life, Accident and Health. He also has a Bachelor of Arts in History from San Francisco State University and an Associates of Science in Accounting from San Diego Mesa College.

Armand was born in Coronado, CA, and lived around the country due to his father’s military career. He returned to Coronado in 1979, and with the exception of eight years in San Francisco, has lived in the San Diego area ever since. In addition to working in the financial industry, Armand served nine years in the Army Reserves. He has two children, and enjoys traveling to Europe, hiking, all things historical, listening to live music, riding his vintage motorcycle and vintage Vespa scooter with friends.
